A DVD has been launched across Suffolk hoping to encourage more disabled people into sport.
Inspired by the forthcoming UK Paralympic games, Suffolk County Council, Optua and Suffolk Sport have formed a partnership and jointly produced the DVD, entitled 'Be Your Best'.
The film showcases the wide range of sporting opportunities available at clubs around Suffolk, which include; athletics, boccia, cycling, football, horse-riding, powerlifting, swimming and wheelchair tennis.

There has been a reduction in the numbers of people with disabilities participating in physical activity and it is hoped the Paralympic games coming to the UK next year will inspire lots more disabled people to try new sports.
