K & A Designs hit the headlines!

A shirt motif, designed and embroidered by thebestof Haverhill member K & A Designs, has been splashed across the papers this week, causing quite a stir!

K & A Designs were responsible for the logo design for the embroidered shirt that Rangers football captain David Weir wore on Saturday 30th April, creating a bit of an uproar.

The logo read 'Congratulations William and Catherine, 29th April 2011.'

The message for the royal newlyweds was displayed on the jersey of skipper, David Weir for the game against Motherwell ,which saw Rangers claim a 5-0 win.

The kind hearted message has been surrounded in controversy, as it breaches FIFA's Law 4 on players' equipment, which states that 'basic compulsory equipment must not have any political, religious or personal statements.'
