This year, Easter falls on April 24th, yet the supermarkets have been selling chocolate eggs for so long, you may, like me, think that Easter has been just around the corner since February!

So with just under a month to go, Haverhill is beginning to gear up to the main event, with a range of family-themed days taking place in the next few weeks.

Families are invited to Mott's Field, East Town Park on 13th April to take part in the Haverhill Easter Picnic. Taking place from 11am until 3pm, kids will be amused for hours, with a bouncy castle, craft activities and sports. Entry is free but don't forget your picnic!

Got a nose for chocolate? Thursday April 21st sees Haverhill's Easter Egg Hunt, starting at 2pm at the Visitor Centre in East Town Park on Coupals Road. Costing just £1.50, every child is guaranteed an Easter egg, plus the chance to win loads of other prizes.

Feeling crafty? Why not take a trip to the Easter Craft Fair at The Arts Centre on Haverhill's High Street? With over 25 stalls displaying a fantastic range of gifts and crafts, it is the ideal place to pick up a unique present or treat for yourself or a loved one.

Choose from jewellery, cupcakes, cards, pottery, music memorabilia, embroidery, pottery, children's toys and knits... and so much more.

Don't forget to keep checking thebestof Haverhill's Events Directory, as we will be adding more Easter themed events in the coming weeks.
