The Civil Aviation Authority have announced that Travel Counsellors are the first travel company in the country to be accredited with the new Flight-Plus Atol License.
This license is another step by the government in its attempt to give more financial protection to customers.
Travel Counsellors are very pleased to announce this accreditation, although they have used a trust fund since 2004 to make sure that their customers money has always been protected.
The Trust goes beyond the Governments licensing system, by the accreditation is a clear reflection of Travel Counsellors innovation, disciplines and procedures they use to fully protect the money they have handed to them in advance.
Their protection is better than ABTA's bonding system and actually extends further than the Government scheme.
They believe it is their duty and moral obligation to protect their customers money, as a company.
