The company was set up three and a half years ago at No. 1 High Street, above Le Lievres.
My role is on the agency side for lettings, sales, rent reviews and lease renewals and my colleague, John Williams-Smith focuses on the management of our property portfolio and all aspects of property management, from rent invoicing to fire bell testing.
We can help any small business get on their feet. We proactively seek the right property for the client and help them through the process of lease negotiations, which is something people starting out in business have very little experience of. We also offer help through the planning process as often properties are not in the right use class for the business.
We have assisted many local businesses acquire their first building or move to larger premises including Bonboneira and Sport and Remedial Massage Clinic. We actively seek properties for clients which are not readily known about on the market and other previously acquired buildings include the Duke of Richmond Hotel, 26-28 High Street and Carinthia House in the Grange.
We aim to offer a personalised proactive service with fast response and an understanding of what clients want. I am always happy to offer free advice to help people make the right decisions for their business.
This week we're moving to 1 Harbour View, The Albany, South Esplanade which is in front of the tax office. The move will offer larger modern offices in a good quality building with access via lift or stairs to the second floor. There is also plenty of 2 hour parking available outside in Cornet Street or next to the bus station.
Once we have settled into our new offices we are plan to focus on expanding our property management side of the business and will continue to offer a proactive, personal and plain speaking service.
