All Change as Relocations Look to 2018
In the latter half of 2017, Relocations co-founder Ryan Veron decided that the time had come for him to “relocate” away from the business, leaving Anthony Austen as sole director. Ryan will be sorely missed, and we wish him all the best in his new ventures.
However, this also presented the perfect opportunity for the company to reevaluate its goals going forward – as changes to leadership teams always do. Just like moving house, there comes a time when where you’re going has to be more important than where you’ve been.
A Commitment to our Values
Anthony is firmly committed to championing the values that Relocations’ customers have come to rely on.
That means keeping the company streamlined and efficient, so that management can keep a close eye on each and every move.
It means ensuring customers’ belongings are treated with the respect they deserve, and get from A to B in the same condition they were in when Relocations picked them up.
Plus it means continuing with our tradition of providing customers with set prices up front. This is very different from many of our competitors, who only provide estimates, but we believe it’s a vital part of offering a top quality service. People should know the full cost of the service they’re buying before any hands get shaken.
Conquering New Territory
In 2018, Relocations hopes to move even more people to even greater distances than we have this year. Whether our customers are entering the Channel Islands or leaving them, we believe that the process should be as stress-free as possible.
That means providing a service that customers can rely on. It also means offering a truly comprehensive service that can get you round the world and back, with a minimum of hassle.
At Relocations, we’re proud that we have the capacity to get peoples belongings wherever they need to go. Our own on-island team can undertake local moves with an unparalleled level of care and efficiency. And if we have customers coming from, or going further afield, we use our network of highly trusted business partners to make sure that they get the full Relocations experience at every stage of their journey.
In 2016 and 2017, we saw high volumes of people moving between Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Channel Islands. Over the course of these two years, we had ample opportunity to sharpen our knowledge of international removals, and to prove to our customers that we can operate on the worldwide stage.
In 2018, we plan to push the business even further, and leave no doubt in anyone’s minds as to why we’re still the most popular and sought after removals service on the island.
