Higos Insurance Services Ltd is sponsoring a raceday at Exeter Racecourse which will coincide with its further expansion in Devon.
The insurance broker, which specialises in the provision of both personal and commercial insurance products, is scheduled to open new premises in Exeter during June 2012.
Higos Insurance Services Raceday on May 1 will increase awareness of the services Higos provides whilst providing the company with a platform to entertain existing and future clients.
Ian Gosden, Managing Director of Higos Insurance Services Ltd said: “Racing is a great vehicle to promote our business and we will be entertaining people who are new to the sport, as well as experienced racegoers. It’s a lovely way to provide hospitality, with gaps between each race allowing time to build relationships. It’s the perfect way of announcing our intention of coming to Exeter.”
Higos has branches in Barnstaple and Plymstock, as well as 16 other offices across South West England. The company was founded in 1990 by racing enthusiast Ian Gosden and employs over 210 members of staff. On its Exeter raceday, it will have four named races well as full branding of the event.
Exeter’s general manager Alice Everitt said: “We are looking forward to welcoming Higos Insurance Services to Exeter and helping to ensure they have a successful and entertaining day. The raceday experience is becoming widely recognised as one of the best ways to network with other businesses and we very much hope it is a success for Higos.”
