Thank you for a fantastic day last week! To echo what I've written on the questionnaire we had a superb day. From the initial contact with yourself on the phone through to the actual day was great. Everyone who came has emailed and relayed what a fantastic day they had, the food was first class as was the whole experience. Thank you. We will definitely be back, although realistically it will be at least March next year and will depend on me managing to secure sponsorship to help us along. The added bonus of Dan from Reason Global who sponsored the event for us being able to present the trophy was ideal, I can't wait to get a copy of the photo. I am planning to do a write up of the day for the trade magazine, I will make sure you get a copy of it.
We had a great time thank you, everyone said it was one of the best Xmas dos for along time!
I would like to thank you and your team for a great day of racing, the feed back from our clients has been excellent and we would very much consider racing again. On the back of a great day at Exeter I personally with a couple of friends have booked Gold Package tickets for Cheltenhamâs international meeting in December which Iâm sure will be another super day!
Just would like to say a huge thank you for our wonderful day yesterday. Our guests had a tremendous time sharing this special âHaldon Dayâ, the lunch was excellent and staff very attentive. The position of the suite made the whole day so extra special. Thank you for managing to accommodate us at such short notice with such good grace and service by all.
This was a FABULOUS venue for your May event. It's good for location and ease of access, great for parking, and the food and service were the best I've ever had at your events!
A great evening was had at Exeter Racecourse with great company!! Tony Hadley was Fabulous (depite the fact it was a cold evening and we froze outside but dancing soon warmed us up!!) The atmosphere was lovely and the staff friendly a great venue for a corporate or private Party.
We went to a race day event which was also a great opportunity for networking. The facilities were great, and the atmosphere was exciting and lively. Well worth going!
I would just like to say thank you very much for the arrangements Exeter Racecourse made for the success of the Lieutenancy Luncheon. Both the venue and the catering were excellent and I would like to pass on, through you, my thanks and appreciation of the catering company for the quality of the food and the friendly and professional catering staff. I appreciate the effort that must have gone into the day to ensure that we had a first class event but kept within our budget!
Just a short note to pass on my thanks to you and all you team for both the tremendous support and flexibility that you provided for us. As I am sure you are aware the success of events such as these really does depend on us being able to find teams that understand the demands being made on us and in turn respond accordingly. I can honestly say that the level of responsiveness to the numerous requests we made both in the pre-production period and on the day itself was exemplary. We done to all those involved at Exeter Racecourse.
The venue for conferences at Exeter Racecourse is great as the access, parking and location are easy for anyone travelling there. The staff are friendly and helpful and the views from conference rooms are spectacular.
