EXETER Racecourse is celebrating its close association with the city from which it takes its name by offering anyone who has an EX postcode the chance to come racing for just £10 on Tuesday 9th November 2010.

The racecourse is widely regarded as one of the very best tracks in the country for introducing top flight racehorses to jumping.

Already this season two very exciting novice hurdlers – Dunraven Storm and Dare Me – have won at the course with both being aimed at jump racing’s premier event, the Cheltenham Festival in March.

The course regularly attracts the very best names in racing including champion jockey Tony McCoy, champion trainer Paul Nicholls and Ruby Walsh who has just published his widely acclaimed autobiography.

Just beside the A38 its easily accessible and just six miles from the city centre from where there’s a free bus service to and from the course from Exeter St David’s and Exeter Bus station.

Exeter Racecourse has everything to ensure a fantastic day at the races can be experienced from undercover grandstands, bars and bookies to its Newcomers’ Package for those who would like a behind the scenes tour and an explanation about betting and the horses running.
