Epsom & Ewell Borough Council recently conducted a survey on our year old simply weekly recycling service to gauge residents' satisfaction levels. Overall residents overwhelmingly like the service and are recycling more too.

Every year the people of Epsom and Ewell mark Remembrance Day to remember and honour those who have served in the Armed Forces. The day takes a more special significance this year, as 11 November 2018 marks the armistice that heralded the end of the First World War.
The borough council is to discuss increasing funding to the county council for redeveloping Epsom town centre at a special Strategy & Resources Committee meeting this Wednesday.
Today, Thursday 11 October 2018 the Mayor of Epsom & Ewell Councillor Neil Dallen unveiled a mural in The Ashley Centre to commemorate the Epsom & Ewell residents who gave their lives during the First World War which ended 100 years ago.
Each year The Sunnybank Trust runs a popular gift wrapping service over the festive period in The Ashley Centre. This year this will be on from 14 until 24 December when for a small donation shoppers can have their presents beautifully wrapped.
