I contacted The Chaseley Trust to arrange a visit. This was extremely efficiently organised for the next day.
I was welcomed upon arrival and shown round. All the staff I met this week were warm, welcoming and friendly. The deputy manager who showed me round was happy to answer my many questions. The building felt vibrant. Residents were able to sit out in the sunshine on the veranda. There are lots of rooms and space for activities. I loved the residents art work displayed in corridors. It felt homely. Thank you

All the staff are excellent and know who you are when you call giving it a personal yet professional touch. As a service based business I am super cautious when giving my business to people as I have very high expectations. So far (3 years on) there have been no disappointments.
