July 2026 The location of the hotel was perfect for both access to the pier opposite and easy access to town. Nice bar area with a view of the front to enjoy a drink in the evening. Staff were very welcoming and friendly - were very helpful when needing different things during our stay. The heat in the room felt very uncomfortable for the majority of the time, the fan provided was definitely needed, however this struggled to provide much relief from the heat. I wonder if due to the size of the rooms and the increasing heatwaves in the UK it would benefit from larger fans being available as it was very uncomfortable to sleep in the heat.
The bath taps were very noisy when running, and there was no plug in the sink, but to balance it out, otherwise the bathroom was lovely and clean and a lovely bright space.

Lorraine said about Burlington Hotel

The location is excellent, straight across the road from the beach and pier, the shops are just around the corner. They have two lifts, but only one was working, and that one broke down one night, which meant all the guests had to walk up the stairs. Luckily, we were on the first floor.
Also, the lifts are very small ,not really ideal for people on wheelchairs.

Customer in TN39 said about Southern Fire Risk Assessments

Having needed a fire risk assessment report for the sale of my flat urgently, I phoned Dave Elliott at southern fire risk assessment explaining this on Tuesday, he managed to fit the assessment the next day. He was very informative and knowledgeable carried out the report and emailed it to me the same evening.
Would definitely ues their services again and would highly recommend them in the future.
