Having needed a fire risk assessment report for the sale of my flat urgently, I phoned Dave Elliott at southern fire risk assessment explaining this on Tuesday, he managed to fit the assessment the next day. He was very informative and knowledgeable carried out the report and emailed it to me the same evening.

Ee were comfortable and content at The Burlington Hotel.
Hotel is very centrally situated by the pier. The new gardens planted in response to climate change are maturing well are right outside the hotel and our seaview room gave us an excellent viewpoint.
An additional lift would have useful.
