Having needed a fire risk assessment report for the sale of my flat urgently, I phoned Dave Elliott at southern fire risk assessment explaining this on Tuesday, he managed to fit the assessment the next day. He was very informative and knowledgeable carried out the report and emailed it to me the same evening.

One of the lifts was out of service which left only one which was tiny. The hotel is quite run down and really needs a lot of TLC on the outside.
