All the staff are friendly and helpful. The installation was completed within days and we are getting the advertised speeds at half the price we were previously paying. All round very pleased with service.
I had two young men that came out this afternoon to put in my lightning fibre and were very good and very courteous and respectful when entering my home. The young man working in my home always took off his work boots and put protective covers over his feet so no dirt would be brought into my home and at the end when finished was shown what to do with set up. The two young men are named Dom and Ricky and the customer service delivered by these two young men was excellent. Thank you Dom and Ricky for your stellar service . Miss Gausden
Great lads who came to instal the broadband the signal is better that bt ee and cheaper so win win. Was also easy to set up online and wasn’t a big deal like other companies.
