Redoubt Fortress

The Redoubt Fortress was built to defend against Napoleon and the building has previously hosted a number of exhibitions and a military museum. In the present day the Fortress is used as a venue for events such as Stargazing with local Astronomy groups. The venue has been open for weekend hardhat tours to explore the Casemates and wander around the gun platform for panoramic views. See more
