I was amazed how fast the shipping and quality of service was.
I received a shipping notification within an hour of placing my order and the item arrived the next day, in the morning! Was package very well.

I gave up trudging round shops for clothes ages ago and instead have a couple of regular sites I buy from instead. urbanindustry always has the brands I want, pretty much always in stock, at competitive prices and the interface is very easy to use you can get many views of the products etc and theres no over elaborate payment section. My new gear then turns up the next day. couldn't ask for more. nice work guys & girls at UI.

Where to start..delivery has never been late & most of the time it has come early. When I've returned stuff have been given refunds with no qualms whatsoever.

Great service. The hoodie was bought as a Christmas present for my son. Had to return the hoodie as it was too big I exchanged it for a small with no problem. My son loves it. I am sure i will shop here again. My son found this site when he was looking for a yellow hoodie.

Due to no fault of their own the delivery company made a mistake by not transferring the goods to the next depot station. Once raised with the company Ruth did her utmost the gain a better response from then than I did (they said 'no chance of getting until at least Monday'). Through her dedication and persistence she was able to push through the delivery for the same day (this was on a Friday) - all the time keeping me fully up to date on proceedings. It was a 'beyond the normal' service and therefore I would highly recommend the company to anyone.
