Urban Industry is one of my best e-shopping experience, seriously. Always super-fast to send. Always easy to navigate through the categories(list menu on top left corner), the pricing is fine and often lower than other boutiques. As a French customer, I'd appreciate a delivery price a bit lower.
As for the improvements, maybe bigger stocks, redeem codes for appreciated costumers ;) maybe more brands, a navigation menu (the one at the top of the page) a bit clearer with fewer categories. Indeed, you have to scan the entire line to find sales or other. It makes
me think, maybe a special button could be added to stress the sales category.
I think that will be all :)

I ordered from Germany and was surprised about the fast delivery. It took only three days. The shipping costs are really low, not as high as in other UK shops.

I found things to be very simple. Unfortunately I had to return the item I purchased as it was a gift and was too big for my partner, but I had no problems other than that - which wasn't a problem. I have since recommended the site to friends/family who wear the kind of clothing on the site.

Delivery has always been at most 2 days after ordering. Amazing selection and pricing. Never had any need to use the customer service but i'm sure it would be upto scratch with the rest of the store.

i then tried their service which would send me an alert email when the item came into stock and this was extremely useful and accuate.
