Great service from this store. The goods were very well priced and arrived promptly. We had a small glitch with one of the orders caused by a Paypal malfunction which they very quickly resolved over the phone. Nice people to do business with, I will definitely return.

The only shop in the UK that stocked a certain Vans jacket I was after. It was even 40% off. When it arrived it was too large, I mailed it back and they sent out another immediately. Great service, good communication via email, fast delivery and a great selection of stock.

i made a mistake on my order, i ordered XL and it should have been L. This was based on a shirt i already had by the same brand, Penfield. I called the next day and the person who answered, was friendly, helpful and efficient which I really appreciated. the order arrived and it turned out that the sizes came up smaller than the shirt I had compared them too. I had to return the items and get XL after all. I found the returns form on the back of my invoice really easy and again efficient. the address sticky labels are a good touch too. the orders arrived quickly and i'm now wearing my new shirts. job done, thanks alot.
