Delivery was swift, but the laptop sleeve I bought is disappointing. It is made for a MacBook Pro 15in, which I have, but it's tight in some places and baggy in others - hence three stars.

The item delivered on time and I'm happy with the quality of it. Acustomer service rep phoned me to confirm that the address was correct. The only complaint is that a week after receipt of this item, I looked on the website to purchase the same item in another colour and saw that the price has increased by 50%. This put me off purchasing another one from you

As a repeat customer I knew exactly what to expect from Urban Industry, but even with bad weather (snow) and the Xmas rush, I still received my items the next working day - and that was with the free Xmas shipping option.
The book I purchased was supposedly 'as yet unpublished' according to a major high street book store. When I got it in my hands I so wanted to bat them with it :)

Hi there, brilliant ranges. Slight problem though, on 3 different occasions i have contacted you regarding sizing, twice via telephone & once via email, being over 6 ft tall sometimes it can be very helpful to get a few dimensions (caliroots.com do it) on all occasions i didn't get a reply, not very good really. For me sizing along with the details is a big move in the right direction, keep up with the good job.

Every time I have ordered anything from Urbanindustry the item has arrived the next day, perfectly wrapped and presented. The confirmation emails state exactly what is going on and reflect precisely the stage that the order is at. On the occasion that I have returned an item (because I am fatter than I thoughht), I was credited immediately and given a wide range of options for refund or credit.
I think that Urbanindustry is brilliant and have consistently recommended it to friends.

im from hungary, but my orders arrived very fast. They has very nice clothes, and my shoes are from urbanindustry too. I like the wrapper, its really good. I have one problem, the shipping cost is too high, but i think its not urbanindustrys problem.
