Due to no fault of their own the delivery company made a mistake by not transferring the goods to the next depot station. Once raised with the company Ruth did her utmost the gain a better response from then than I did (they said 'no chance of getting until at least Monday'). Through her dedication and persistence she was able to push through the delivery for the same day (this was on a Friday) - all the time keeping me fully up to date on proceedings. It was a 'beyond the normal' service and therefore I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

The assortment is very good. New and fresh streetwear clothing ranging from Adidas, Stussy, Kr3w and many many more brands. Very up to date.
Every item displayed on their webpage is in stock, so your chances of getting every item you order is extremely high (I have always gotten what I have ordered).

Very easy to navigate and a very functional design. You can sort items by brand, size, colour, price, how new they are and type. I especially appreciated to sort by size, so I didn't need to browse through hundreds of items that wasn't my size.
Delivery:
The delivery was much faster than I would have expected. I live in Norway and got my delivery within 7 days. No delays and every item I ordered was delivered.
Service:
I have never needed to contact them about anything. Every order has been handled very smoothly. Because of that I assume that they know what they are doing and that they value their customers very highly.

Great service from this store. The goods were very well priced and arrived promptly. We had a small glitch with one of the orders caused by a Paypal malfunction which they very quickly resolved over the phone. Nice people to do business with, I will definitely return.

The only shop in the UK that stocked a certain Vans jacket I was after. It was even 40% off. When it arrived it was too large, I mailed it back and they sent out another immediately. Great service, good communication via email, fast delivery and a great selection of stock.

i made a mistake on my order, i ordered XL and it should have been L. This was based on a shirt i already had by the same brand, Penfield. I called the next day and the person who answered, was friendly, helpful and efficient which I really appreciated. the order arrived and it turned out that the sizes came up smaller than the shirt I had compared them too. I had to return the items and get XL after all. I found the returns form on the back of my invoice really easy and again efficient. the address sticky labels are a good touch too. the orders arrived quickly and i'm now wearing my new shirts. job done, thanks alot.
