I bought some headphones for my son for Christmas and they arrived well packed and very quickly.
Unfortunately they went wrong a couple of months later so I emailed them.
They were extremely helpful and offered me a replacement. They did not have any in stock that my son liked so gave me a full refund.
I would definately use them again as their after sales service is great.

I received my items in Denmark 5 days after placing my order and I got my items as ordered. This is a fast delivery from UK to Denmark. I wasn't in touch with the staff of Urban Industry, but this wasn't necessary, because of the fast and not expensive delivery. I highly recommend this store.

Good range of up to date t-shirts, good prices and quick replies. The only complaint is the hassle you have to go trough if you want to buy something with a credit card, that's why i had to cancel my first order and had to reorder it via paypal.

The item arrived shortly after I ordered it. There was nothing wrong with it. Urban Industry clearly responded to my order in the best way they could. Royal Mail tracking could have been better but that's hardly UI's fault. I've ordered a number of things from UI and they've all been perfect. A brilliant store!
