I received my items in Denmark 5 days after placing my order and I got my items as ordered. This is a fast delivery from UK to Denmark. I wasn't in touch with the staff of Urban Industry, but this wasn't necessary, because of the fast and not expensive delivery. I highly recommend this store.

Good range of up to date t-shirts, good prices and quick replies. The only complaint is the hassle you have to go trough if you want to buy something with a credit card, that's why i had to cancel my first order and had to reorder it via paypal.

The item arrived shortly after I ordered it. There was nothing wrong with it. Urban Industry clearly responded to my order in the best way they could. Royal Mail tracking could have been better but that's hardly UI's fault. I've ordered a number of things from UI and they've all been perfect. A brilliant store!

the right product delivered on time with updates throughout. ordering from UI is easy and simple which makes me wanna buy some more gear. Just need Dan to buy more from me so I can hit bonus, and therefore spend more next time.

What can i say? I managed to pick up a pair of £95 Alife's for £35 and not only that but they arrived within 3 days of ordering. Quality site, quality service. will definately use again without any hint of doubt in my mind!
