I got very worried and contacted urban industry via their website i recieved a response within an hour of sending my email to say it got shipped out and will be with me that day. As soon as i arrived home from work they where there ready to riip open. I've never been keen on online buying but urban industry where quick as hell i had previously ordered 2 DC shoe hoodies the month before that arrived the next day but i would defantily recommend this service to anyone this is the only store i know online where i can get DC stuff cheap and quick

I bought some headphones for my son for Christmas and they arrived well packed and very quickly.
Unfortunately they went wrong a couple of months later so I emailed them.
They were extremely helpful and offered me a replacement. They did not have any in stock that my son liked so gave me a full refund.
I would definately use them again as their after sales service is great.
