Hey guys! Best website to get this stuff from by far, iv tried others before but not as good as urbanindustry. The staff are great and helpful and kept me up to date with my order (i recieved a text about 10 mins after I placed an order telling me that they had shipped it- it was unbelievable) Great items in stock aswell, there is almost too much to choose from. The only thing I would note on, is the use of fedex delivery. It was the first time i used fedex, and tbh, compared to just royal mail, were slightly flawed. I mean, they couldn't even find my house so it was sent to their depot about a half hour away, luckily, the staff at fedex are just as good at UI and i managed to get it sent to me, a few days later. All in all, that didnt spoil it, i need to learn to be more patient. Cheers everyone at UI. Will x

I have ordered from your site for almost £90 worth of goods. The items were delivered by FEDEX. Because I work i couldn't take reception of the delivery. So I had to go their depot - for their delivery hours were not matching my working hours - which is at the back of beyond with diect acces by bus. I hired a taxi which cost me £10.
The worse thing is the Fedex people seem they can't be bothered to deal with public appropriately, so they were quite rude to me when I came to collect my goods.
The whole thing makes me wonder if I want to remain a Urban Industry customer, which I think, would be detrimental to both of us.
It would be so much simpler if deliveries were arranged through Royal Mail (like with Amazon)with the possibility to redirect the parcel to my local Post Office for collecting at my convenience.

But the prices are a bit to high! The daily 'clothes/shoes' updates are very nice, and UI is following the trends! I give UI 5 starts for the quick delivery, the nice service and for salling some cool brands!

I'm quite religious about only purchasing New Balance trainers, having purchased my New Balance from Urban Industry i had no complaints as they dealt with my order in the way i felt comfortable.
With clear description of the product, delivery, nice pricing, however even if it was cheaper elsewhere i felt more comfortable with Urban Industry.
1. Site layout was not cluttered and filled with unnecessary rubbish to put me off purchase.
2. Pricing was clear.
3. Terms & Conditions were clear for me to read through before purchase, so i knew how i would be taken care of if there was a return issue.
4. They had a varied colour selection of the trainer i wanted so if there was a miscalculation in stock i had already chosen a back-up colour.
Much appreciated, a good smooth website from my experience.
