Order was placed without difficulty, I was sent a text and an e-mail to let me know goods were despatched. Goods delivered very efficiently. Odered a pair of new balence trainers and a penfield hat.
The hat was over £4 cheaper than on other sites and in other stores so was trilled to see they had more colours than other places too.
I ordered on Sunday night and everything arrived the following Tuesday morning ! Also there was a free delivery promotion which was great. I will definititly be using the site again!

My order arrived really quick. Unfortunately it was to big so I had to return it. The return was easy enough with no real problems. Just waiting now for the refund to be processed, hopefully that will be just as quick.

Urban Industry have turned in to the online store that I go to first to find new products. Whatever i want/need i seem to always find it here. Out of countless other Online stores, UI (in my opinion) have the best layout making it easy to find any piece of clothing or accessories i want. Finally the Customer service is second to none compared to others i have experienced, any questions or suggestions I have I can simply ask them on twitter and they reply within the day. Look forward to seeing where UI is heading for the future. But it's safe to say, when people ask about British Online Stores for Street Clothing, the first site to be mentioned will be urbanindustry.co.uk.

The service was top draw, the confirmation e-mail was waiting before id even close down the web page after id made my order and the goods were here within a couple of days. I live in Australia and looked everywhere to replace my 6 year old cap that would fit I ordered a new Brixton. Size was an issue the item fits perfect excellent quality and delivered a day earlier than stated on the tracking fedex parcel company. Thank you urban a very happy customer.

item was delivered within a few days, brilliant product. exellent communication with all tracking numbers and such info. my only problem was with the delivery company fedex as they delivered item to the wrong address, thankfully i have nice neighbours who came and returned the item. but i have no problem with urban industry they were fantastic =)

website very easy to navigate order turned up very quickly within a day or two. The site gave the number of the item in stock I ordered it and it arrived. I have ordere ites offother sites previously that ya they are in stock and then I recieve a call from the office saying that they were not in stock afterall.
I recieved 3 emails letting me know when posted arrived etc. Post man left the package with a neighbour as I wasn't in and left me a card.
This is a Christmas present and website says presents can be returned up to 15th January. It will be interesting to see if they stick by this if my gift is not suitable.
