Good website, fast delivery, however when i asked a question on the 'contact us' page of their website regarding exchange vs returns on an item it was not responded to. So they lost out on selling me something and instead they will now be refunding me.

Excellent service. Great website, slick ordering process. And I received my trainers in only a few days, despite the Christmas rush. I liked the fact Urban Industry offered free delivery, and a free SMS with delivery tracking details (a nice touch). Would definitely purchase from these guys again - thank you.

Very pleased with the speed of delivery and with the help I received on the phone.The Parka is all that I hoped for-well made,very warm and especially well padded which assists me as I am having a long spell on crutches and I use those which go full length and under the arm.Deinately 5 stars.Thank you for the excellent service.

I bought a pair of trainers for my boyfriends birthday, which he loved, and they arrived exactly when they said they would, they hav a great tracking service so u can see for yourself exactly where your items are without any fuss!!! And this quick a speedy service was when all the snow happened!!! Will def be using this website/company again and hav already been recommending it to others!!!

This is a great site, they offer a good price for their items and the top i bought is of good standard. They packed it well and the delivery was prompt. I was able to track my order thoroughly and on the day of delivery it said that it was ready for delivery. I cannot praise this site enough. Bad point is that I am disappointed that they don't have a shop. It would be brilliant if they did. But I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend this site to anyone.

It's always a worry if you order clothes online whether they will fit or if you will like them. The shirt I ordered didn't fit but when I sent it back they gave me a full refund very quickly. They also included the cost of postage in the refund as delivery had been delayed by heavy snow.
I will definitely shop with Urban Industry again as I'm confident that if I need to return anything they will be very helpful.

Bought a jacket which arrived five days later which is a bit late but most likely due to the recent snow disruption. So not really their fault. Jacket was too big, next size up was sold out so requested a refund. Received notification of the refund a couple of days later. Liked the fact that they 'double bagged' the jacket so when I came to posting it back I had an undamaged bag I wrap the bag up in, stick the supplied sticked onto and hey presto! Easy peasy!

I got the product quickly but when i received it the product was a bit scuffed and had a dark stain on it. It's a real shame as it's a christmas present and i don't have time to return it.
