Very good communication throughout via email and text message to keep me informed of where the status of my order. Item arrived in the correct size aqnd colour and was well packaged. It would be better if items were sent via Royal Mail than via courier as courier companies tend to be located in out of the way places making it difficult to collect your item if you are not at home to receive delivery, which you probably won't be if you work. Also Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays and courier companies tend not to.
