I bought a pair of trainers for my boyfriends birthday, which he loved, and they arrived exactly when they said they would, they hav a great tracking service so u can see for yourself exactly where your items are without any fuss!!! And this quick a speedy service was when all the snow happened!!! Will def be using this website/company again and hav already been recommending it to others!!!

In my opinion it is one of the best online clothing stores around, it has the best selection of modern fashionable clothing, always has sales on, and the prices arent too high, well designed site, easy to navigate. This is a great site, they offer a good price for their items and the top i bought is of good standard. They packed it well and the delivery was prompt. I was able to track my order thoroughly and on the day of delivery it said that it was ready for delivery. I cannot praise this site enough. Bad point is that I am disappointed that they don't have a shop. It would be brilliant if they did. But I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend this site to anyone.

It's always a worry if you order clothes online whether they will fit or if you will like them. The shirt I ordered didn't fit but when I sent it back they gave me a full refund very quickly. They also included the cost of postage in the refund as delivery had been delayed by heavy snow.
I will definitely shop with Urban Industry again as I'm confident that if I need to return anything they will be very helpful.

Bought a jacket which arrived five days later which is a bit late but most likely due to the recent snow disruption. So not really their fault. Jacket was too big, next size up was sold out so requested a refund. Received notification of the refund a couple of days later. Liked the fact that they 'double bagged' the jacket so when I came to posting it back I had an undamaged bag I wrap the bag up in, stick the supplied sticked onto and hey presto! Easy peasy!

I wasnt particulary happy with first order i purchased, because the lasing was like yellow a bit to the side and they wernt white, however on the second pair of vans i recently purchased made up for the first order because they came without any problems . The parcel was delivered on time in Paris, France and actually sooner than expected! I thought it would have taken more time due to the weather conditions! The tee was in an absolute good condition.

I would thoroughly reccomend Urban Industry. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son which arrived in a matter of days. I then had to return them as they were not suitable and was given a full refund immediately. If only all companies operated like this!
