I purchased a pair of Native boots from Urban Industry. The price was the cheapest I could find on the web and they were offering free tracked delivery. The boots turned up 2 days after ordering and were very well packed. I can't fault the service and price, I would definitely order from them again and I would recommend them to others based on this experience.

When i placed my order I did not enter USA. I promptly received an e-mail informing me of this. I replaced my order. It was delivered in 2 days. I was thrilled to find your site I tried to find the jacket that I wanted directly from the manufacture but it was out of stock. I would recommend your site to anyone.

Very good communication throughout via email and text message to keep me informed of where the status of my order. Item arrived in the correct size aqnd colour and was well packaged. It would be better if items were sent via Royal Mail than via courier as courier companies tend to be located in out of the way places making it difficult to collect your item if you are not at home to receive delivery, which you probably won't be if you work. Also Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays and courier companies tend not to.
