After my first order I am extremely satisfied with urbanindustry. The site is very user-friendly, and lists all prices including taxes, have great pictures and makes it very easy to make a very concrete search, something that other sites do not so you have to browse through every item to see if it is available in your size. Not at urbanindustry!

I said he could ring the door bell at my neighbor's and she would receive the package for me since I was at work. He did so without questioning, so all in all I will give 5 stars to both urbanindustry and the carrier they are using, and can recommend the site to everyone, especially international customers.

Every item description is accurate, delivery is swift, customer service is bang on the money and I can't believe it's taken so long for a shop to add a comprehensive 'shop by style' feature, but now that UI have its made the experience so much more pleasurable.

The winter sale just offered ridiculously good value. Huge discount on the item. I thought there may be some delays as I ordered it just before New Years eve but it arrived really fast.

Great communication, fast and FREE delivery, can't ask for much more. Only slight issue was that the box my order arrived in didn't have any tape on it which made it feel slightly un secure, unbroken tape on a box is always reassuring, no tape at all is slightly worrying!

But Fedex makes terrible excures. Last one was that they could not deliver because there was a tractor on the lane - (as if he would not happily have moved to the side as they generally do for all other trafic). I waited home the whole day. They them promise to deliver tirst thing the next morning, which proved to be 4pm. Another day waisted waiting.

Despite the Christmas backlogs and tons of orders I'm guessing! These guys managed to get my item to me very quickly! I placed my order on Christmas Day and recieved it on the 28th.. They reply to any queries quickly and helpfully on their Facebook page... So go click like on it. Will definitely use them again.

I hadn't heard of Urban Industry. My boyfriend was after a particular pair of trainers. I used my Google wizardry to find them and Google Shopping came up tops with results - and they were on sale - bonus. Their site is clean, fresh and easy to order from. Delivery options are clear and registered delivery was speedy (although DHL delivery man was moody as hell - but it was during Christmas so he probably has a hard life). My only criticism - there wasn't much offered for ladies like me! :(
