No point denying it: I have issues. Security for buyer and seller is important in this age, for convenience I needed my gear delievered to work, uban industry contacted me and found a way to do this very quickly after ordering, well done. Turns out one item did not fit (FYI, yank brands: sizing tends to favour the more corpulant gentleman, take it from a fat man, usually suits me fine but this was too large), they put a return sheet and address label in the bag (customer must pay for return tho) so you can send it back, got the right item in the end. Will probably purchase there again.
