I had ordered a pair of supra's there an issue with the website saying error with the order so I ordered another pair ! When I checked my orders I had ordered 2 pairs :( so I called them up and spoke to a very hot sounding staff member who sorted my issue with in seconds !!! Very good customer service and delivery was quick considering I stay on an island :) highly recommended ! :D 10/10

Was shopping in the january sales as i'm abit of a tight one with my money and came across a jacket I was unsure of fitting my size.
I ordered it regardless and realised it was every so slightly too big, despite my worse fears for lack of response they were ever so helpful, over the phone and there web based response system.
It turned out the returns policy was bang on with what i needed and since ive been given 5% discount for being a loyal customer - not to mention the great sales, promotional codes and great newsletters!

Everything is great from delivery to the design of the site. Recently won a competition they do every week on Facebook, which is a great idea and very fair cos' you get runner ups aswell! Would love to see a store in London, preferably south ;)

I have bought a few things from this site in the past couple of years, all of which have been exactly what i ordered and have come within a few days. Carhartt didn't have stock of the particular clothes I wanted on their website so I searched and found this site. Reviews seemed good so gave them a go and they didn't let me down. Very fast standard delivery that cost me nothing. Very impressed!
