i ordered a hat and a few minutes later after i did all the stuff with paypal they asked me to confirm my adress...i did so and the next day my order has been approved... then on tuesday it was sent to me and the best thing is i got it on saturday :D

basically i ordered a backpack from this store and the delivery was excellent, it arrived just when i wanted it and there were no setbacks whatsoever. however, as soon as i started using the backpack the top handle ripped from its seem so i can no longer carry it from the top. i dont know if this was an error from the actual backpack company (eastpak) or if it was from urban industry

It was my first time using Urbanindustry and everything was fine. quick delivery and the item was great. I would of liked the Huf tag from the t shirt (if there was one, just as a tag collector) but other than that i'd definitely use them again.

Nice service plus goods received are awesome so I'll be definitely shopping on UrbanIndustry again. Could've arrived quicker though as I ordered some stuff from other online shops on the same day and all of those arrived one week earlier (those were shipped using the likes of DHL etc.), meaning 5 working days delivery time against 10 working days to receive the shipment from UrbanIndustry. So delivery time is something to improve, otherwise I'm absolutely happy with UrbanIndustry so far.
P.S. Really liked the package with 'Thank You' and signatures of staff members.

For my first time ordering from urban industry i have had no problems with the service, ordering was very simple and safe to do and had no problems with ordering. The items when sent come within a good time scale and are well packaged to ensure they get to you without damage, and the products they sell are of a very high standard. What i most liked about urban industry is that they have items that you cannot or would find hard to get anywhare else.

Nothing to complain about at all, got a pair of trousers that were out of stock every where else and noticed that UrbanIndustry not only stocked the pair I wanted but had a larger range than I had seen anywhere else. Product arrived within two days and can't complain at all, good work!

really nice product, only advice i would give to Urban Industrys would be to change your carrier from Fedex to someone else, we rarely use them at work because they are useless and somewhat predictably they were not able to fulfill my next day delivery - had to come in to work satrurday morning to collect it.
