What i love about urbanindustry is that they genuinely care about the customer! I love the idea of their loyalty scheme at the moment where you are able to get certain % off the items you buy from them which in most cases works out cheaper to what most similar websites offer.
I also like the fact when there is a release, the site doesn't crash and for me has been very reliable getting the items i want when they go on sale.
Items are shipped securely double boxed for shoes and come within 1-2 days , super fast delivery!

love urban industry, been following it for years. Free delivery was amazing, real bonus.
but the website and photography of items is a really big let down. website is quite cluttered and disorganised. the photographs dont look very appealing or professional. an improvement on these two things and urban industry will be kings above the rest

Very straight forward and Fed-ex delivery man was so friendly and very professional. He went extra mile in giving me a tip about the package itself ( that without checking the product itself and signing it, he made me write the word "unchecked" just in case the product I ordered is damaged etc.)
