I use Urban Industry for so many of my clothes purchases now for a few simple reasons.
Their product selection is perfect and like myself they don't tie themselves to one strict style. I do not always know the exact brand I want but there is such a selection I never fail to find what I need or want.
Their delivery and customer service is up there with the best in the online retail industry, I was actually shocked by the speed of my last delivery.
I have been rewarded by my loyalty and spend by discounts which makes me happy to continue making my purchases their.
I really would recommend them to anyone and no doubt I will be using them for a very long time!

I bought several things from Urban Industry the same time as buying one item from another online retailer. From Urban Industry I got much more information via email updates, the order was processed fast, dispatched fast and arrived on time, well packaged. The other store gave me no information and took over a week for delivery. This is why I like the store and will continue buying from them, the only limits being the size of my wallet!

Urban Industry really managed to impress me. First off their website is easy to navigate through and supplies great information on different looks and new products. The second great thing is that when I came to buy my clothing the had a halloween discount on of 15%, they always seem to have a nice range of offers on.
When it comes down to customer service and delivery, it was great to be offered free first class delivery when you spend over £80 (off the top of my head). I ordered on the friday and received my clothing the next day. Fast and efficient! And to top off everything else the team at the store all signed the box saying "thank you".
I could not ask for anything more from urban industry. A great company and great quality attire as well!

You don't have to write much to praise Urban Industry. They list great stock, you order it and in most cases it is there next day - if ordered before lunch. It's why I keep coming back.

I bought an item online and had missed a discount. Rang to enquire if it would be possible to add it after the fact and the young lady I spoke to (whom I got through to right away!)was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me. There was no fuss and she was very quick at amending my order. Item arrived really quickly (and thats with free delivery!) and I am very happy with the item purchased. Will definitely use them again as knowing there is no hassle and that I am able to speak to someone quickly when there is a problem is a big bonus for me when ordering online.
