Bought an orange jacket and I am very happy I did that. Second time I have bought something from Urban Industry. They changed courier and also the delivery is flawless now. Only complaint: just a few days after I placed my order all clients were entitled to a 15% discount. I, miserably, missed that!

My recent order with Urban Industry was wonderful. I had a bit of a problem with my order my end but the guys at Urban Industry were quick to notice this problem and sorted it out. Most companies would have charged me twice and thought about it later but UI spotted it and contacted me to make sure I got the products I ordered. And then the products arrived within two days, now that is great service!

Both came very promptly and even though I sent both back (1 for exchange and the other for refund) both processes were very simple and clear to understand.
