I originally ordered an Eastpak bag with someone else, who took 3 weeks and then told me they hadn't received stock. So I cancelled my order with them.

my son loves the clothes from urban industry so i have bought a few times from them for surprise presents. this time was for a couple of christmas present....makes me a hip mom!!! as before, fantsatic service, easy online store, easy purchase with paypal and fast delivery, what more could you ask for. the range of clothes is massive , with all the brand names the kids are into and sone adults lol. i would recommend urban industry everytime and i will certainly be ordering again from them.....many thanks.

I'm a first time buyer from this highly regarded Streetwear store, and will be definitely be shopping here again!! When I heard about a colab between Mr Penfold & AnyForty I realised I had to be quick...I knew that stuff flew out of the stockroom! It came well packaged, oozing quality and on that alone made me realise this is the only place to spend your £'s!! Great work.....here's to another 10 years.

I ordered NB shoes all the way to Denmark. The day after my order was submitted, i received message saying that my order was shipped. I ordered monday/tuesday and i had my shoes i Copenhagen late friday.
Absolutely amazing, with great and quick service. They have a far greater supply of NB shoes, which is rare in Denmark. I recommend anoyone who considers shopping at Urban Industry to go for it.

I shopped at urban industry for the first time as my son wanted a pair of Vans for his trip to the West Indies. I searched the internet for things that will suit his age group> well I came upon this site and decided to give them a try. I was quite surprised to see that they had a lot aof different brands and styles some of which are not in the high street stores.
They were also quite reasonable price wise. I placed my order and received it promptly two days later, my son was over joyed with my purchased and I have now been promoted to hip mum status. I will diffenitely be visiting to shop again

This time courier delivery is very slow. Payment of £18, ship to Hong Kong need to wait a week, the efficiency was low. The shipping fee was expensive. I think this charge has other better choice. Overall is ok! I hope that shipping fee can be further reduced. Or provide free international shipping code.

I have recently travelled to France to spend the winter. I ordered a pair of shoes online as a gift with the Halloween 15% discount, as I wanted to get all Xmas presents before leaving (I needed to bring them out here with me) they were perfect but in the wrong size (my fault).. This became a problem as I was leaving in 6 days!! And the discount had now ended! I called them up to see if I could re-buy the shoes with the discount and send the others back. An exchange would take too long as I needed them at the time or I'd be gone before they'd arrived! They were super supportive and honoured me the discount as before, really easy transaction and I got the present before I left.. Lets just hope he likes them on Xmas day..!!
