I liked the staff signatures on the box. The box was left by the postman in my porch but in full view of people going past. Fortunately ir was still there when i returned home.
I can't comment on the actual purchase yet(Nike shoes), they look fine but they are for my son's Christmas present, so will have to wait until he tries them on the 25th

I cannot fault this shop ! Everything is always spot on.
Not only is the place round the corner, so i normally collect my orders or just call in.
I have had a number of parcels delivered which is always on time, if not quicker.
I also like the discounts you get after you have spent your hard earned money with them. I am a platinum account holder and it feels like they give a little back with 12% discount on every order.

I have utilised their complete hassle free returns procedure a couple of times, and i must say, it is as promised, completely hassle free.
The range of clothing, footwear and accessories is superior to other urban stores, and best of all, Urban Industry stock those all important half sizes in most manufacturers shoes and sneakers.
Shop with them on a regular basis and your account scores points for future percentage discounts.

Love going on UI, has a great stock range, and is always well priced. Love that you can do next day delivery, and it's free if you spend over a certain amount. The website is well made and easy to navigate around, and should you have to the returns policy is non complicated!

I was happy with the fact that I placed on order omitting the next day delivery (which was vital, boyfriend's bday do clothes) but phoned up the next day and they contacted the despatch room, checked they could amend the order and sent a bill via paypal for the next day charge. Arrived promptly and well packaged. Thanks folks!
