I purchased a tshirt as a Christmas present. I purchased the order on the Wednesday and I had it delivered by the Friday. All along the way I had email updates as to when my order had been dispatched along with a tracking number so I can see exactly where my order is. Faultless service. Thank you so much!

My item was received 2 days after placing the order. Cheapest price from a variety of other online suppliers too. The shoes did not suit me so unfortunately had to send them back. No fee to do this so was very impressed with this company and would recommend to anyone.

I contacted urban industry as the voucher i ordered had not been recieved, they were very good i had had a bad head day and sent incorrect email but this was sorted in an instance and i was also copied in no problems

all aspects are very good with UI except when your order is a next day delivery by fed-ex. only delivers when you are out and also depots are sometimes hors apart. all good except that.

Love this company, easy to order, kept informed every step of the way and a very fast turn around. Unfortunately I had a problem with a T-shirt I bought (seam came away the first time I washed it) very easy to do returns. I recieved a very helpful email returned said t-shirt asking for an exchange only took 5 days from posting it back to them to receiving a new one. A sign of a good company is what they do when something goes wrong and how they put it right. First Class?

Asked my 22 year old grandson to choose what he wanted for Christmas. Came up with a shirts from Urban Industry. Gulped at the price, but delighted when it arrived as the quality was great. Got him to try it on in case the size was incorrect. When he tried it it looked even better - but then of course I have one of the best looking grandsons in the world Well done Urban Industry for having something bang up to date in excellent quality
