Our 20yr old came home from a festival with a new hat which my wife (his Mum) took a liking to so I searched the internet for a supplier of that make/label and Urban Industry was the one I selected from a very short list of suppliers. After buying from them online they responded within 24 hrs to confirm payment had gone through and I had an email the next day to say it had been dispatched. It was delivered two days later to our home in the foot of Cornwall. There is a phone number should you need to contact them but I didn't need it. Very good service and communication even to our rural area.

I had never heard of Urban Industry before and I'm really impressed. The price of the suitcase was a fair bit cheaper and came really quickly. Their delivery company had a great tracking system.
