This is an easy site to use, plenty of products and hassle free ordering. A great order tracking service which meant that when I was wondering where my order was I found out that royal mail were holding onto it for me....... shame royal mail did not leave a note to say so even though it had been despatched 4 days earlier!!!

All I can say is perfect, the staff & process couldn't of been any better.
Ordered online, realised they were local, rung to arrange collection, collected & then changed my mind a few times with sizes, but they didn't bat an eyelid, couldn't of been more helpful if they tried.
Recommend them from my experience, I will be going back & I will recommend my friends to them, 1st class service.
I can also say they have some wicked items for sale, makes high streets stores look poor man, trainer selection was very impressive.

Urban Outfitters offers a good range of clothes, a good internet experience with the option to zoom in. The products are not ideal for students especially as the target market seems to be students/quirky young professionals. The refund service provided should always be an incentive if online shopping. I know I have shopped at [external reference] a few times and the fact they make you pay for the delivery when refunding is very off putting.
