Only issue I had is that royal mail I sits on taking parcels to their depot instead of leaving somewhere or with a neighbour.

Always comes on time, even if it's a Saturday. Urban industry is my 1st stop for all street wear. All products come in a solid box branded up. It's the little things that count. Attention to detail has never been missed with their team. I enjoy tracking fashion with there regular inputs and ideas. The emails aren't even annoying. No bullshit, nice images. Clean concept. Hats off. I enjoy spending my money with the company, and so should you.

Had a brilliant experience with this company. They use a courier service that you can track online. You can see your location and the van driver and which number delivery they are on and what number you are, so you know when they are just round the corner!

I ordered the wrong size, wrote an email to customer service who without delay or question changed the size to the right one. I didn't experience any delivery delay or something like that. Shipping went smooth.

There was some confusion this time round however as my package was sent as a tracked, but not signed for item. This meant it got lost and I was worried that I would have wasted my money. Luckily your team contacted the post office and it turned up, but I don't understand why you wouldn't use a signed for service as it refers to one on the conformation email and I'm pretty sure that's how stuff was sent before.

Even with postage to France, Urban Industry were the cheapest on the net. Item arrived in perfect condition and MUCH quicker than expected, only a few days after ordering. I can't usually be bothered to spend my time typing reviews for a faceless company but on this occasion I feel that the service deserves it. Good work Urb.Ind.
