UI tend to have a lot better and more interesting clothes than a lot of similar sites. Their pricing is relatively fair on the whole, and they always deliver my clothes really quickly, even by standard shipping. They're one of the first sites I go to when looking for new clothes.

Because I live in Denmark the package took 3-4 days before it arrived. But jesus... Those prices? It's like shopping real gucci at wallmart prices! Keep up the sales, and please.. Don't change what you are doing!

It is really easy to write a review about urbanindustry.
They have thousands of products, hundreds of trademarks, and the website is constantly updated and reviewed.
Therefore, if on the website you see something, IT IS DEFINITELY IN STOCK (not as many other websites which after some days notify you that the product is out of stock).
Also, they have some pretty cool and TIER ZERO and QS releases on nike shoes (my passion).
Since my first order (on 18/05/2013), i did the same for other 25 times. I was never disappointed: items ALWAYS arrived in optimal condition (they double pack the items), and nevertheles in the meanwhile i changed address 3 times, a single parcel WAS NEVER LOST.
At last, but not least, being a platinum customer (if i remember correctly, after 3 order you become platinum), they offer me everytime 12% discount on all orders.
What else can i say?
I can only repeat myself... this is the BEST E-SHOP ever in the entire world (and you can trust me, since i have been ordering items over 300 e-shops around the planet).

I order most of my gear from Urban Industries and it has always been spot on.
The return policy is quick and easy and with the exception of their courier being 2 days late last time, they normally get orders processed and to me the day after I order!

The whole process was about as straight forward as you could possibly get. I ordered a pair of jeans in the wrong size so I had to return them and then re order them in a smaller size. I am afraid I have had to send the product back because we ordered a UK size 8, we received a US 9 which turned out to be too big. We returned them - surprised by the prepaid postage which is great - today. We will be ordering a smaller size once a refund is received!
