The user journey is simple and straight forward, well thought out and makes shopping online easy and intuitive, unlike many other online stores. Urban Industry is great the websites good with a wide variety of clothing. The only real problem was trying to creating an account which was a real pain. When ordered I got my items fast and they emailed and text me info on time arrival which was useful as I could get someone to be in. Defiantly recommend

Another order from Urban Industry that was met in every way. The item was better than described and photohraphed, size guide was spot on and delivery was as promised. And, to top it all off not only was the item already half price but I got an extra 15% off as well. Don't really think you can ask for much more than that.

I bought a Penfield Gilett from a Guildford shop 2 years ago. He said he would get me another. 4 weeks later, nothing. I looked on line and found 'Urban Industries' I ordered the item and it arrived promptly. I was so impressed that I ordered another in a different colour. Thank you Guys.
