First time ordering from an overseas website. I had reservations as to how long it would take to process/ship, how the money would convert properly, etc. I have to say, for the fair price of 10 English pounds (or ~$17 USD) I had my item from order to doorstep (including snowstorm) in about a week. Thats pretty amazing. And the item (Asics shoes) are even better in person than I imagined. Their website did a fine job of giving you every angle and detail of the shoe so there were no surprises (other than how much BETTER it looks in person). I cant wait to order from Urban Industry again. Cheers!

Free next day delivery is great. Got a text so I could choose to have my parcel left at a neighbours house, replied with a number and I got to pick my trainers up from across the road when I finished work at no cost!

It is nice to be able to find a good selection of street wear available here in the UK so I don't have to run the risk and expensive of shipping it in from the US. Shopping with Urban Industry makes choosing my partner clothes so much easier, I know he will love them and I like buying from an independent UK based company. For me that is a win win.

It's a good reliable service, my only quibble is its slow delivery by todays standards if you do not select the 'Next day" option. Otherwise very good.

In this competitive market, and with some online shops offering free shipping and altough 5£ isn't that expensive, it has been one week and the items haven't arrived. I make this comparison based on two facts: One- i've ordered something at the same time with the same shipping costs from other site and got it in 5 days. Second - in the same market there are 3 or five equals sites ofering the same service with no shipping costs. That counts.
