First time buyer living in a different country. 10/10 ill be a repeat buyer. Shoes were packaged well. Website pointed oht that it takes about 14 days before you receive your order. Well i received mine earlier and I am quite happy with my ZXZ-930s. Will definitely buy again!

Would recommend these guys to anyone, best price I could find, speedy delivery, lots of email notifications and tracking options for the parcel (they use Interlink where you can actually track your courier on a Google map which is mildly creepy!) and product was well packaged and undamaged.

every release is available on urban industry. the delivery is fair, and they ship superfast. they also use interlink/dpd for delivery and they are the most efficient fast and reliable delivery service. providing you with an hour time slot so you know when your parcel is coming. for those sneaker heads thats is a very important part of life. the website is set up easily to browse. never had an issue with urban industry, never understocked, site never crashes on release, never had a cancelled order, never returned anything. then you have a shopping incentive discount for customers. buying experience has always been 10 out of 10. any queries are answered via twitter Instagram email very quickly, one thing i cant stand about sneaker shops is they dont provide enough info. urban is top class! MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY STOCK SMALL SIZES! FOR THE GIRLS!

Ordered a shirt from Urban Industry, and they did what any successful retailer should do in a crowded online marketplace. Nice, easy to navigate website to enable you to purchase what you want, and clear and concise guidelines on how to return your product should things not be as they should. Thankfully I didn't have to use these as UI dispatched my shirt quickly, well packaged, and I was well pleased with my purchase. Cheers UI - brilliant transaction, highly recommended.
