Bought 2 last minute gifts for my brother's birthday just before 2pm, was extremely impressed to find them arrive promptly the next morning. Providing an estimated delivery time was a nice touch too. My first purchase from this site i ordered it on a monday and it was shipped the same day to half way round the world and delivered on the friday of the same week (hope you keep that up guys?) The Other thing i was impressed about was the range of products found that other websites didn't have in stock that urban industry did have, even if the other website stocked the same brand. That's about all i can say i'm waiting on my next order to be shipped from urban industry and hope to write another happy positive review for them in the future.

I really liked the updates on the 'status' of the order in particular the delivery.I was first told what day via text and if there was any specifications on where to leave the parcel if need be. On day of delivery a text with an hour time slot.
