I recently bought a backpack from Urban Industry and tbh from the ease of putting in the order (Some websites are an absolute PAIN) to the timely email updates its one of the best websites I've ordered from. Package also came nicely sealed.
I went for Standard Royal Mail and it reached me in London the next day after the email confirmation of its shipment.
I'd like to see them perhaps have an option of dividing their items by gender (Much like most retail websites do) on the company website. Its a little troublesome trying to browse when you're a female customer, unless you know exactly what you're looking for.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend this company, service is great & fast! Happy customer.

Great product range with top street wear brands at competitive if not better prices than some of the big online hitters. Plus they feature some lesser known street wear brands to keep you interested as well. Always got a good sale range and the loyalty scheme based on how much you spend with them is a plus. Definitely worth a follow on twitter and IG as well.

Rung up company to buy bag, they price matched other internet site and because it was over £80 was sent free next day delivery. I had two emails to confirm it was coming followed by two texts to say at precisely between 9.03 and 10.03 the bag would be delivered by Steve and it was! Fantastic service and very friendly staff.
