This is a nice garden center only problem is we went for 2 bags of soil and it been made that you Ave to walk around the whole store, which was really busy with Christmas dec so made it hard to get trolly round

Quite surprised to be honest. Have driven past many times on our way to Hilliers around the corner down the lanes toward Hailsham.<br><br>We had been gathering a collection of shrubs for the winter and my wife suggested we try Up Country 1st. Bigger than I thought with ample parking. Outside plants first then into the centre itself. Plenty of choice within for its size, and a clean looking restaurant 👌 worth a look.

Had a wonderful afternoon here. The cafe has a mini kids kitchen which is great for little ones and the staff are very accommodating. The Christmas decoration selection is great, and the Christmas train is a great photo opportunity. Special mention to Lisa who is lovely. We look forward to returning.

My husband and I had a really lovely afternoon tea. We enjoyed it very much. The staff as usual were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Bakehouse.We will be back very soon.
