Our patio umbrella bought over a year ago broke. Contacted the manager John who was kind enough to swap with one they had in store at no cost to us even though ours was out of warranty.<br>This type of customer service is rare. They have improved this garden centre alot over the years

Managed to get the plant I wanted and a tub to put it in .unfortunately let me down on the matching saucer to the tub. Assistant said they had not been check off the delivery at the time, so could not sell it to me. Gone are the days when a place would have gone out of it way to have got that sorted, so as not to loose a sale. So a little disappointed.<br>But saying that the lady that did serve us was happy and friendly, so got service with a smile which says a lot these days. As so many staff can not achieve that . So we'll done

We have used this establishment since it was known Stones Cross Nursery. Good selection of products as well as onsite tropical fish shop.

Recently taken over, it is obviously a work in progress and requires a little further improvement to live up to the surrounding garden centres.

Such a lovely little garden centre.. we loved seeing Timmy the very elderly in-house cat!! Lots of lovely plants and products to purchase.. we stopped for coffee, and it was all delicious! Staff were friendly. Basic, but clean facilities.

Food was very good and service great

An improvement over the old Stone Cross nursery but still a bit shabby. The cafe is very cold in winter and also quite tatty. Coffee is okay though and toilets clean .

Under new management, this garden centre has improved so much. It's lovely to shop there now and is improving all the time 🙂

Staff are all so inviting and helpful. Amazing atmosphere and always so well presented. Cafe is always well presented and their own coffee blend is delightful. Definitely recommend for a bit of shopping or even just for a slice of cake,… or two.
