This place is fantastic! The routes are very well thought out with some really good moves and a regularly changed to keep things interesting. The staff and the owners have created an amazing environment and community that is really welcoming, encouraging and engaging.<br>I love training here.

We booked a birthday party for 7 13 years old boys and they all had an amazing time. The party was very well organised. But what made me write this review, is the staff. They were absolutely brilliant with the boys and made it sooo much fun. They seemed to have fun themselves and that’s what makes the difference. Joking with the boys , encouraging them to ‘push themselves’. If there is an option, I would give them 10 stars. Very well done and I definitely recommend!!

Second time we have visited and we would highly recommend. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and the coffee is great too. There is hours of climbing here and for all ages too. Extremely well run. Kids had a brilliant time and were encouraged and the amount of advice and help they were given was invaluable. We will definitely be bringing them back for the after school club.

Three of us did the instructed hour session and highly recommend it for those new or returning to climbing. The centre has a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the instruction from Matt was clear and encouraging without being patronising and he was kind enough to just quietly give me a chalk bag when he noticed how much I was struggling with sweaty fingers and shaky legs. Will definitely be back and there's clearly a lot of variety and more challenging options for those who want it.

The Ordinary Climbers Gym is an excellent environment for learning and practicing climbing. The staff are very kind and hospitable, giving a sense of comfort and support to all-comers. The facilities are varied enough to provide sufficient challenge for all levels, being especially useful for beginners to develop their skills. The instructors are excellent teachers, whether one-on-one or in groups, and can cater for all ages. This is an excellent gym that I would highly recommend to anyone interested in climbing.

Started climbing at TOC not long after they first opened. The instructors/staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and there's a wonderful community and friendly spirit about the place. Climbing routes are good, and the walls are populated well with plenty of challenging climbs.<br><br>Great business and place to be as a regular top rope climber. I'm yet to properly sample the training room and bouldering upstairs, but, it looks good and the creative use of space is awesome.<br><br>UPDATE: The lighting has improved since TOC first opened, and as a colourblind person, it's way easier to spot routes.<br><br>I love it here, the staff and facilities are fantastic 🙌

We had a party with 9 boys today. The 2 instructors Seb and Rocky was amazing and very patient with this group of very busy boys. They knew exactly how to handle this bunch and made this the most enjoyable party ever. Juan my son repeatedly said they are awesome! Thank you so much for making this such a special day for us all. We'll see you soon!!! Highly recommend this to all .

Went with Scouts and had a brilliant time watching them climb. All the lads that work here are amazing. Wonderfully encouraging to all our scouts and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience.

Amazing place!<br>I watched my 9 year old daughter have the time of her life. She was looked after by every member of staff- they were professional, which you’d expect but the kindness, laughter, silliness and compassion was down to a fab team, doing what they love and it showed. I’ll be back with my son next time!

My daughter had her birthday party here today. The two instructions were absolutely incredible, so funny and entertaining. When one of the the party had a wobble, the guys were very caring, supportive and encouraging and she was soon giving it a go again. All the girls learnt a lot and laughed so much. I can't praise this place enough. Thank you.

Booked a Climbing experience session here last week. So much fun and the staff were incredible. Their knowledge and attentive nature were second to none. If you are thinking of going, go for it. I Will definitely be going back.

I did the ‘ordinary climbers experience’ yesterday evening and would recommend. I’ve never been climbing before so it was a nice intro to all the options available - traversing, climbing, bouldering, abseiling. Seb was a great guide and made the session informative and entertaining 👍🏼👍🏼

I had a wonderful time here yesterday, what a great place, really lovely staff. Jamie my instructor was really helpful and easy to get along with. It was the first time I've tried a climbing wall, but he explained everything and went through all the safety precautions so I felt really comfortable. I had a great 2hrs trying everything there was and loved it all. Can't recommend them any higher

I was running late due to car issues and missed the start of my booked session. When I got there the staff were amazing. They extended the session even though it was my fault we were late. The instructor made the session fun for 6 13 years olds and the boys were blown away with how great the climbing was. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. It really is a five star place to go climb and the staff ensure you can get the most out of your time there. The best climbing wall I’ve ever been to.

Awesome place! Went with family and friends, had such an awesome time! Was nice and quiet at the time giving us a pretty good free range of testing our limits and learning some new skills. Staff where very kind, super for real and super helpful

Facility is good and staff are very friendly.<br>Unfortunately at opening time there were way too many young kids running around all over the place. Apart from standing around a lot, waiting for some climbing space, this also created safety issues: small kids running beneath adults & bigger kids climbing.<br>When fewer kids were around later more bouldering space became available it was great.
