I loved this place since day one. I did my inita training day and I am just about to complete my 2 days rope and belay training.<br><br>Tom has been a star!! I can't wait to complete the training so I can get do some independent climbing.<br>👍

Great time at the Ordinary Climbers yet again. Fantastic group of people, very friendly and super helpful. Have been a few times now and completed the competency course so can come and go as I please to the climbers sessions. Yet to check out the belay WhatsApp groups for belaying buddies but sounds awesome too! Defo worth checking out this place!

I took 14 children to Ordinary Climbers - they had the best time. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. There was a cool little cafe and comfy sofas. Very clean too. We will be back!

Excellent place! Really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I'd never tried climbing before but felt really at ease. Be prepared to find muscles you didn't know existed!

Had a one to one session with Tom this morning. Couldn't have been more professional and supportive. Above all, friendly and welcoming, as are all the guys working there. Hope i can remember some of the moves for my next visit!

Lovely welcoming team he made me and my daughter at ease which meant we learnt quicker and got the most out of the hour session. Was so impressed that booked in for 2 competent climber sessions. Highly recommended

The Ordinary Climbers is an amazing place with a great team. You're immediately made to feel welcome and everyone does their best to have the best experience possible. When you climb you are absolutely safe and everyone helps you and encourages you - and you can stop whenever you want to. There is never any pressure. Not only that, everyone else is also very friendly and helpful too. I never thought I'd enjoy rock climbing so much, but after a taster session I fell in love with it and now I go once a week with my daughter. I can highly recommend The Ordinary Climbers! Give it a go and see where it takes you.

Really enjoyed our visit here yesterday and we will definitely be back for more. Staff were so welcoming and made you feel at ease straight away. The instructor obviously loved his job and was brilliant with both the overly enthusiastic child and the more nervous one also!

Everyone had a great experience. My son (9yrs) is very much the type who will give up if anything is too hard and he doesn't excel in it straight away....going into the proper climbing room he was hiding from us, crying and saying he couldn't do it. We said it's ok, we won't force you, and carried on with our own climbing. The instructor managed to somehow get him up on the wall and climbing above head height and beyond. My son consequently had a hugely positive experience and that is all thanks to the instructor. Massive kudos. Thankyou so much x

Matt and the team just keep getting better and better at making this a great community and climbing spot. The bouldering routes have massively improved, as have the top rope challenges and the community spirit feels on par with any climbing gym I've been to, from SF to Seattle to any of the London gyms. Love this place.

The Ordinary Climbers is fantastic facility. The team are all very welcoming and friendly. Initially I booked my 8 year old daughter on a 2 day course being run in the holidays. She was so excited doing the course I decided I really should give it a go myself. I signed up for an introduction course and it was so different to any form of exercise I had done before. I shall go back again for more very soon. Really enjoyed it tremendously. The instructors were so friendly and inspired confidence from the moment I stepped into the harness and that feeling of safety and security never wained .<br>Tremendous team providing a facility second to none in my opinion. Thoroughly deserves 5 star review . Don't even get me started on the coffee. 😉.

This place is excellent on every level.<br>And I don't write that lightly. I've lived in many countries around the world, and love the challenge of reviewing the businesses and services I encounter.<br>These guys have put together something special. The vibes are palpable! You can feel the love, excitement and passion they've invested in the place oozing from the lounge sofas, the entrance, and of course the walls themselves.<br>Matt and Tom are two men showing up doing what they love, and really passionate in teaching it to us locals. Even if you weren't sure about climbing before you came, you'll be buzzing by the end.<br>The walls themselves are really good. There isn't the space and range of somewhere like boulder Brighton, but they've maximised the use of the space they have and there are routes for every level of climber, from beginner to the wiry old timers.

My daughter is a very shy and nervous child but the guys at Ordinary Climbers went above and beyond for her. I would really recommend for all ages. We will be going again soon.

What these guys have managed to do with this space is just fantastic. The attention to detail, the build quality, workmanship and artistic flair that have gone into the construction make this a unique, fun and quirky climbing wall. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

I only have great things to say about the ordinary climbers. I'd never climbed before my first introductory session, but ever since then I've been totally hooked. I have just passed my 3cs course, which was informative, fun, and incredibly well run. The atmosphere amazing, and all the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and great people to be around.

We took two of the grandchildren to the Climbing Gym they both had a great time. Not being on a climbing wall before they were very apprehensive but the Ordinary Climbers staff were at hand to help them every step of the way, thank you Ordinary Climbers Rock Climbing Gym
