When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome. The staff then asked me to sign the liability waiver via their website so I decided to grab a flat white with oat milk in the nice little café coffee shop (great coffee). After paying I threw on my harness, did a quick belay test with staff and was left alone to explore the walls. Really good selection of climbs for a solo session with 3 auto belays. The centre is small and compact. Not the highest of climbs but the route setting was quite fun and my hands were exhausted long before exploring all the routes. I went on a Friday evening and there was a nice amount of ppl, not crowded but not empty. Route grading is Font. Most were ok for grade. Some a little soft, some significantly harder compared to grade. Apparently this was due to Christmas event route setting but I’ll blame my weak fingers 😆<br>Looking forward to coming back with friends for a bit of lead and top rope action. Great little centre, definitely worth a climb 🤙🏻

We had our son's 6th birthday party here today and it was fantastic! We've previously come to Coffee and climb sessions so it was similar to that which is ideal for this age group. The kids all had a great time and probably could have carried on for hours 😅 thank you to the ever-lovely staff, and we would definitely recommend The Ordinary Climbers for parties...and to be honest any climbing fun!

really good introduction session with lots of climbing, learning and a good laugh with friends and the staff. We had seb and rocky look after us, they made it really enjoyable and funny. great experience

Wow! Amazing experience. Have never climbed or done anything like this before. I can’t recommend this climbing gym enough, didn’t really know what to expect but the atmosphere is great, everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially our instructor who did everything to make us feel at ease and that we can do anything! If you haven’t been before and fancy a new challenge book now with these guys.. you won’t regret it!

Great little center. Certainly not the biggest, but a cozy and welcoming atmosphere with quality climbs and excellent staff . Had a great time and will certainly be back .

I have recently been introduced to rock climbing as it was my originally partner's hobby. I'm a very nervous climber and a complete novice so I attended the 3 C's course. The 3 C's course was probably the best thing for me, it taught me everything I needed to know and made me feel so much more confident before hitting the climbing gym. The 3 C's course was also held privately so I didn't need to worry about it being busy.<br>I was still very nervous before my first 'solo' session in the climbing gym as I was worried about being judged or annoy other 'better' climbers. I was so wrong.<br>Everyone, including the staff and other climbers are sooo friendly, I was made to feel at ease and comfortable and it is the only place I will go to climb. I have been to other gyms since starting my climbing journey, but as I am still nervous and a novice I feel as though I just get pushed into the corner and judged by others. The guys at OC have made such a fantastic and safe space to climb and I love the community and people. Thank you!

Fantastic staff! Being a novice climber, and not particularly fit, I was nervous about having an instructor session but Seb was very patient and great at giving me tips. Cant wait to go back next week!

Came here during the winter and will definitely be booking again. My children had the best time here and we still talk about it like it was yesterday. The instructors where amazing caring and and understanding of there needs and where super fun making the experience more epic !! Great fun and a great experience

We had an excellent couple of hours bouldering here. On first look, I was worried there wouldn't be enough to keep us interested for long, but then we were shown the upstairs cave area (accessible by climbing up to a hole in the wall!) which had some great problems requiring lots of stamina. We can't wait to go back and try the next set, and we'll bring our harnesses too as the ropes room looked good. Really friendly staff and good vibes. Thoroughly recommend going here for bouldering, ropes or just hanging out in the cafe and watching some climbing on the big screen.
