Had my hair cut by malisha today, not only did she do my hair perfectly how I wanted it to be, her customer service and skills were amazing!!<br>Will definitely be coming back as she is trustworthy and listens making sure you leave the salon happy!!!

Ellie’s been doing my hair for years and I can honestly say I would never trust anyone else with my hair again. I’ve always loved my hair whenever I leave the chair. She’s created a beautiful salon where I feel so relaxed and welcome when I arrive!

The Hair Lounge is a really welcoming and relaxing environment, the Salon has lots of natural light and staff are happy to welcome you. I had my hair cut by the owner, Ellie who is very experienced and really knows her stuff. She was happy to help me take the ideas I had and make sure they would work for my hair (which is fine, thin and difficult to work with) let me start off with the longer and then encouraged me to be brave and try the shorter style I'd been considering for months. The before and after is pretty incredible. It looks so much thicker now and I'm so pleased with it! I'll definitely be going back again :)

Extremely sad as the stylist was lovely and the salon is beautiful. Unfortunately did not get the colour I had asked for. I was platinum blonde on the ends with dark roots, I had asked for my roots to be blended in to my ends like a root shadow or balayage with my ends toned down to a beige blonde, a picture was shown. We had agreed to put babylights of my natural colour and bleach foils too, then a toner on the ends. When the service was completed my hair was dark all over but darker in natural light. I gave it just over 2 weeks to wash out incase the toner was the problem but still continued to be overall darker than I had asked for. When asking the stylist to fix it she said that it's out of the week window for a colour correction but offered a few highlights out of kind will. I declined as this was not going to achieve what I had originally asked for. I now have dark blonde hair with lowlights which does not suit me and now feel extremely self conscious as I cannot afford to fix this elsewhere. My hair cut is also uneven but when I mentioned this I was told I had shaping which again I did not ask for and did not see her do. They offered to thin my hair out as its extremely thick around the back but I need it to be leveled out as the back is longer than the front.<br><br>I hate to leave a sad review but unfortunately i have not had a great experience and am extremely upset

Had my hair restyled again by Paul today and he did a fabulous job as always. I arrived with it in a total state and left extremely happy! Would have no hesitation in highly recommending to anyone. There are so many hairdressers in Eastbourne that it's difficult to know where to go, but all I can say is go here first. 😊
